The Road Safety Authority published this video in 2013. It includes good advice to motorists to allow 1.5 metre when overtaking cyclists, and not to overtake when there isn’t enough room. These are points that the cycling campaign, as part of Cyclist.ie, made in a submission to the RSA in 2012.
