Cyclist.ie and Dublin Cycling Campaign designed an on-line survey questionnaire aimed at all the local election candidates hoping to influence their election manifestos in favour of cycling promotion and seeking their support for the various actions in the government’s National Cycling Policy Framework (NCPF, 2009).

We have sent the link for the survey to the established political parties seeking their HQ help in getting it out to their candidates but we have a problem with the 210, or so, non-party candidates - we don’t have email addresses for them!
